The AOC seeks to contract with a single organization that will provide experienced and knowledgeable consultants to the Trial Court Administrative Services Office (“TCAS”) to assist TCAS in fulfilling its support responsibilities for a mature SAP installation known as the Phoenix System. The Phoenix System provides financial data for 58 of California’s Superior Courts and Human Resources and Payroll Data for 7 Superior Courts.
