Addendum 1 - RFP Schedule Update


The Judicial Council is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to furnish program management support services and reporting functions. This opportunity is focused on assisting in the management of the Capital Program and is not intended to be for construction management services on individual projects. Qualified firms shall state their qualifications that demonstrate their competence and experience in support services and reporting functions relative to planning, design and construction of court facilities.

The selected firm, if any, shall assist the Judicial Council to independently develop and maintain a database of information that will support the evaluation and monitoring of its Capital Program. The Judicial Council intends to better manage its resources relative to program scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives.

Clarifications, modifications and/or questions should be directed to the Judicial Council at CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov. All such questions must be received no later than Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Emails must reference "JBCP-2016-03-JT" in their subject line.

Hard copy proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Friday, April 8, 2016.
