Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and award a contract to one qualified consultant to assess the inter-rater reliability of the existing risk and needs assessment tools used by the Adult Probation Departments in four counties. Proposers should have knowledge of and experience with current generation, actuarial risk and needs assessment instruments for correctional populations.

Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by January 22, 2014.

Proposals must be received by February 13, 2014, no later than 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
