Description

The Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District (hereafter COURT), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain competitive bids for the design and implementation of an IP Telephony (VoIP) System.

The COURT is seeking VoIP solutions based on the planned infrastructure of its new location, currently under construction, to facilitate operations and improve the flow of information in a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective manner.

The COURT is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors with expertise in providing a strategy to assist the COURT in evolving from the current, multiple-network infrastructure to a converged, common communications platform.

As noted in the RFP, proposals are due August 31, 2006.
