The Judicial Council seeks to retain the services of a qualified construction manager at risk firm (“CMR(s)”) to submit to the Judicial Council a Statement of Qualification (“SOQ(s)”) and Fee Proposal (“Proposal(s)”) for the New Indio Juvenile and Family Courthouse (“Project”). All qualified CMRs are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
SOQs and Proposals must be delivered by the due date specified in the RFQ/P to:
